The Sargaboat™ is a fully invented, designed, and built vessel created by Denis JIMENEZ to tackle the sargassum crisis with a fresh, purpose-built approach. This innovative concept, developed specifically for continuous harvesting at sea, both in open waters and along floating barriers systems,ensures maximum efficiency in collection before the algae reaches the shore.

The Sargatrailer™ complements the system by facilitating the safe and efficient transport of harvested sargassum to treatment or recycling zones. Together, they offer a robust and sustainable solution for large-scale, proactive sargassum management.

Equipped with an autonomous trailer system, a combined Sargaboat/Sargatrailer unit can harvest up to 500 m³ of sargassum per day, intercepting as much as 95% before landfall. This significantly helps protect coastal areas and marine biodiversity.
